Portugal will face North Macedonia after the latter side shocked Euro 2020 champions Italy with a stunning victory in the semi-finals last week.
In the other showdown, Poland face Sweden with Robert Lewandowski hoping to fire his nation to the finals in Qatar later this year.

Scotland were due to face Ukraine in a play-off semi-final during this break but that match has been postponed with hopes that the game can be played in June 2022. Russia have been expelled from the tournament and Poland have received a bye into a play-off final.
